Bealead brought in ERP management system as early as in June 2013, got in line with internationalized modern enterprise management mode and integrated material resource management (material flow), human resource management (human flow), financial resource management (financial flow) and information resource management (information flow) to upgrade management, improve business process and enhance enterprise competitiveness.
Bealead has really felt that the increasingly perfect ERP management has made the work convenient and efficient over the nearly one year of trial. The previously separated steps are fully integrated. Standardized management has formed, which ranges from sale to finance. The management process begins from sale to customers and covers contract input management, arrival notice, planning and goods preparation, request for raw material purchase, simultaneous production plan arrangement, financial cost accumulation and use of the whole process. The Company can analyze customers according to the information and realize customer management. The management of suppliers can be realized in purchase. Information flow in the whole system enables us to share information, facilitates collection of statistics as well as evaluation and assessment of customers in financial receivables and payables. The Purchase Department can also assess the suppliers according to the delivery rate. The production plan is made according to the targets assigned by the Sales Department and the planned production quantity of the next period will be analyzed according to the sales system. Then production plan sheet is issued. The purchase quantity and corresponding delivery period are figured out according to the demanded quantity. In this way, the enterprise realizes optimum combination of resources, and the departments closely cooperate with each other and fully realize simultaneous management. This further promotes close cooperation and mutual supervision among the departments and really helps the enterprise increase production and operation efficiency. Utilization of the system can not only help increase work efficiency and data reliability but also realizes paperless work and facilitates financial cost accumulation of the Company.
