June 9 witnessed the Science & Technology Association Establishment Meeting of Jiangsu Bealead Software Co., Ltd. in the meeting room of the Company. The municipal and district leaders of Changshu attached great importance to the meeting. The meeting was attended by Shen Yaowen, Vice Chairman of Changshu Science & Technology Association, Yu Zhengmao, the Director of the Academic Societies Department, and Yang Jin, the Secretary General of the Science & Technology Association of Hi-tech Development Zone.
Those present at the meeting listened to the report of Jiangsu Bealead Software Co., Ltd. on the preparation for establishing the Science & Technology Association. Yu Zhengmao, the Director of the Academic Societies Department of Changshu Science & Technology Association announced the Reply on Establishing the Science & Technology Association of Jiangsu Bealead Software Co., Ltd. Zhang Wei, Deputy General Manager o the Company reported the scientific work of Bealead Software. The Articles of Association of the Science & Technology Association of Jiangsu Bealead Software Co., Ltd. was reviewed and adopted on the meeting. The initial members of the Science & Technology Association Committee of Jiangsu Bealead Software were elected. The new Science & Technology Association held its first plenary committee meeting and Qian Weibo, the President of the Company was elected the first chairman of the Association of Jiangsu Bealead Software Co., Ltd. The deputy chairmen are Gong Jun, Zhang Wei and Wang Xiaofeng; the Secretary General is Ma Huiqin and the Deputy Secretary General is Ni Hao.
Qian Weibo, the new Chairman, said in his speech, “The Science & Technology Association of Bealead Software is established today. This is a grand event in the political life of all scientific personnel and all employees of Bealead and a new starting point in the development history of Bealead.” He proposed six hopes and requirements: 1. The Science Association should make clear the important points in work, follow its articles of association and the development plan of the Company and formulate work plan; 2. Stick to human orientation, cultivate and build an innovative talent team, and take the cultivation of innovative talents as a strategic measure for healthy development of the enterprise; 3. Strive to build corporate culture and enhance innovation initiative of the employees; 4. Improve the innovation mechanism, encourage the employees to innovate, create favorable conditions for supporting the employees in innovation, and encourage the employees and scientific personnel to act as pioneers in independent innovation; 5. Actively carry out science popularization education, technical training and exchange together with other departments on the platform of the Association to improve professional quality of the members of the Association; 6. The members should consciously observe the Articles of Association, diligently perform their obligations as members, actively take part in activities organized by the Association and fully utilize their wisdom. He believes Bealead will definitely create a new brilliant future with concerted efforts of the scientific personnel.
ang Jin, Secretary General of the Hi-tech Development Zone Science & Technology, attended the meeting for congratulation and made a speech. He introduced innovation development of the scientific enterprises across Changshu and encouraged the young scientific workers of Bealead to fully utilize their wisdom on the new platform of Bealead Science & Technology Association. He expressed hopes for the development of the Association. Firstly, the Association should properly carry out academic and technical exchange activities and provide a good academic discussion platform for scientific workers. Secondly, the Association should properly carry out technical training and science popularization to provide technical support for production and development of the enterprise. Thirdly, the Association should organize scientific workers to carry out scientific innovation experiments and tackle difficulties to expand the space for development of the enterprise. Fourthly, the Association should provide support for the scientific personnel to take part in learning and exchange activities organized by kinds of scientific societies of all levels, and bring in talents for development of the enterprise. Fifthly, the Association should actively report requests of the scientific workers and diligently safeguard interests of the scientific personnel. The Association should discover and cultivate more scientific talents for the enterprise on the platform of scientific innovation and really utilize its functions. Science and technology will definitely enable Bealead to take further lead. Bealead will also develop better, stronger and faster and become a model of the whole city.
On behalf of Changshu Science & Technology Association, Shen Yaowen, Vice Chairman of Changshu Science & Technology Association congratulated on the holding of the meeting of Bealead Science & Technology Association and the newly elected initial leaders of Bealead Science & Technology Association. He also extended thanks to all scientific workers of Bealead for their hard work. He highly spoke of the Articles of Association of the Science & Technology Association of Jiangsu Bealead Software Co., Ltd. He pointed out that all work of the Association should be performed in strict compliance with the Articles of Association. He also pointed out that the Association should properly carry out work in three aspects. 1. Precise positioning. The enterprise should attach great importance to scientific innovation and integrate science and technology resources. 2. Accurate target. Obtain acceptance of the science & technology association at higher level, vigorous support of the enterprise and satisfy the scientific personnel. 3. The Association should promote scientific work through activities. He publicized and offered guide for smooth work of the Association. Firstly, the Association should carry out R&D innovation work. Secondly, the scientific personnel should establish the Home of Science and Technology for the public to carry out innovation activities. Thirdly, the Association should build a development and exchange platform for the scientific personnel and create smooth exchange channels. Fourthly, the Association should fully serve the members and create scientific innovation atmosphere. Bealead should utilize the working functions of the Association, fully utilize the advantages, focus on innovation and solidarity, lead the scientific workers and follow the theme of scientific development to make further contribution to the scientific, harmonious and leading development of Changshu. Bealead will definitely have a constantly better future.

Nearly 30 member representatives of the Company attended the meeting. They firmly promised to jointly implement decisions of the Company in thought, conception and action, really strengthen the sense of responsibility and urgency, closely follow the production and business targets of the Company in carrying out scientific progress and management, study and practice hard, and work diligently to make contribution to scientific development of the Company.
