Reporter: Hi, GM wang! This is the first campaign of garment industry brands selection. How do you think of this campaign?

　　Wang Xiaofeng: I learned that it’s the first time for you to hold such campaign. A quite innovative approach is that the brands are selected by the users from their own perspective. It is a relatively rare event in this industry and such campaigns are attended by industry insiders or some experts previously. It is quite new from the users’ perspective and can demonstrate the opinion of the whole market.
　　Reporter: You said that this campaign with user selection method is different from other selection campaigns. Bealead attaches great importance to communicating with users. Would you talk about what you have done during communication with users?
Wang Xiaofeng: Our main product is the down-filling machines currently. As to such project or a product, we will communicate with customers on the following points: First, we must make the product well to provide the most reliable guarantee for customers; second, we will provide the best service for customers. Hence, we have established 30 branch offices to provide native service and do our best to make most timely response; third, we will regularly make telephone return visit or on-site visit for the customer return visit and communication. We are now taking the service conditions of some customers into consideration and preparing to provide good service. This service is free from commercial profit, just for customer’s better use. We will provide upgrading service of machine for customers. Our products will upgrade continuously (1st generation, 2nd generation, 3rd generation, etc.) and some customers can upgrade their machines. We will provide some strategies for them in order to make sure that they will always use the most advanced equipment and enjoy the best service.
　　Reporter: You just said that the filling machine is the star product of your company. What makes the excellent performance of down-filling machine?
　　Wang Xiaofeng: From the perspective of domestic industry, the brand awareness or user volume and customer satisfaction rank on the top in China. Why we can do that? We must lead this industry. Bealead down-filling machines are mainly used on down garment and home textiles and each product or management plan must follow the mainstream of development direction, even more advanced. The down garment is more and more fashionable currently, and hence we propose the fashion and thin concept. The down garment is converted from large sheet to multi-grid and small grid and we have seen this trend. Our equipment will follow such development trend which requires higher machine accuracy and faster speed and to cope with continuous down-filling. First, it is consistent with the development trend of the market; second, back to the origin, product is the most important; third, but good product is not enough, we must put lots of manpower and materials to provide good service in order to satisfy our customers. A very popular cell phone currently depends on not only its performance and appearance, but also customer experience. Customer experience will decide the future of the product. The reason for obtaining the award is that our company’s products are centered on the customers, not just for absolute commercial interests or business principles. We were not involved in equipment industry at the beginning, but a software company which is still operated by us. It is only 3 or 4 years for us from the date of entering this industry and we hope to bring some innovations for this industry. We are not developing some new products which cannot be seen in current market. In order to promote development of this industry, we expect forever innovating instead of imitation and copying.
Reporter: You said that the enterprise should be consistent with trend development. Automation is the biggest trend in equipment industry, what impact will this trend have on down-filling machine?
　　Wang Xiaofeng: Our down-filling machine is a kind of fully automatic product. For labor intensive industry including garment industry and other industries, automated equipment must used to replace some labor or reduce the demands on human beings. I think that the product following such trend which can reduce cost, save manpower and improve efficiency will get good feedback in the market.
　  Reporter: For Bealead products, what can be used for reference on automation?
　　Wang Xiaofeng: Not to mention reference. Just do the job well in the following aspects: First, it is important for the company to operate around industry development direction based on the premise that you can realize the industry development direction; second, put more manpower and materials on R&D. It is crucial to make good product and marketing is also necessary but must be based on good product; third, provide good service in order to make the equipment realize more than 90% of efficiency and help customers to create value. And then the enterprise will have a bright future.
　　Reporter: Environment protection a hot topic currently, what Bealead has done on equipment environmental protection?
　　Wang Xiaofeng: Down-filling machine is a kind of innovative product and another innovation is that Bealead is the first enterprise promoting the concept of down-filling machine which is dust-free and environmental protection. We are now actively expanding overseas market and have made certain achievements. Now domestic enterprises have paid more attention to environmental protection, rather than only to equipment use. We can also plan series of down-filling rooms as a whole according to its plane layout to realize man-machine separation, environmental protection and dust-free operation. First, the enterprise can create value by using our planning and product; second, down-filling industry is a high risk industry which may have greatly impact on the health of down-filling worker. Our product can minimize the impact and it has an advantage on overseas market promotion. Some overseas companies attach great importance to environment protection, then performance, company qualification and at last service. We have superior consciousness on this point.
