We can do something from the following aspects.

1、Clean the down-filling room twice every day, makes sure the down-filling rooms clean. It can avoid the waste of down, and good for staff healthy.

2、Clean the weight box at least twice every day. The hygienic conditions in weight box directly determines the stability, so we should check if the acrylic case has been touched every three days, and should correct the weight every seven days.

3、Main case should be cleared up semi monthly. Clean the sedimentary sundries in corner and irony in strong magnetic, in case other things blocked the down filling entrance.

4、Drain away water from air compressor and air storage tank regularly, about 2-3 days one time. Drain away water every day in high humidity area and rainy days. The water receiver at machine should do that every 7 days. In this way, it can increase of service life for pressure regulation valve and solenoid valve.

5、Check the empty down outlet every month, in case being blocked by sundries, and affect the down outlet.

6、Down can’t be added too much, it should be added timely and in proper quantity, in case the upper impeller be stuck and cause the problem of electrical machine and control box. Pls use the automatic mode when dropping the down.
